A: Currently, our baskets come curated for maximum charm — but custom options are coming soon! Reach out if you have a special request and we’ll try our best.
Q: Will the receipt or price be included in the gift?
A: Never! We keep your gift snug and surprise-ready. Prices are only shown to the sender.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver within a 100 km radius of Sydney, Nova Scotia — from cozy corners to bustling towns nearby.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: We sure do! If you place your order before 12 PM (noon), we’ll deliver your Snugbox the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will arrive the next day — still fast, still full of love!
Q: Do you offer scheduled or future deliveries?
A: Absolutely! If you'd like your gift to arrive on a specific date, just leave us a note at checkout — we’ll make it happen.
Q: Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
A: Yes, we do! We know love and surprises don’t stick to a Monday–Friday schedule. Just make sure to order early!
