Return & Refund Policy | Snugbox Canada – Gift Baskets, Spa Sets & Rose Teddy Bears

At Snugbox, your happiness is our top priority. We’re committed to delivering thoughtfully curated gift baskets, spa sets, and handcrafted rose teddy bears that spark joy and comfort. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, our easy return and refund process is designed to give you peace of mind.


Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Rose teddy bears from our Snug & Hug collection are returnable and refundable if not damaged by the customer.
  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, items containing perishable goods (like snacks, chocolates, or teas in gift baskets) are final sale.
  • Personalized or custom-labeled items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to initiate a return:
Email us at support@snugbox.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • We'll notify you by email once the refund is processed.
  • No restocking or shipping fees will be charged for returns.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Need to cancel your order?

  • You may cancel within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once the gift is packed or shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with perishable food content
  • Customized or personalized gifts (unless damaged)
  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping
