This website is operated by Snugbox, based in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Snugbox. By using our site or purchasing our gift baskets, spa sets, or rose teddy bears, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian to use our website.
- You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Snugbox reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and photos. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time without notice.
- All gift basket contents are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value.
- Items like rose teddy bears (Snug & Hug collection), spa kits (Snug & Soak), and gourmet gifts (Snug & Savour) are handcrafted or assembled, which may result in slight variations.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
- Payment must be completed before order processing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
At Snugbox, we currently offer local delivery within 100 km of Sydney, Nova Scotia.
📦 Delivery Coverage:
- We deliver to homes, businesses, and residences located within a 100 km radius of Sydney, NS.
- Delivery availability outside this area is currently not supported, but we are working on expanding our reach in the near future.
🚚 Same-Day Delivery:
- We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM Atlantic Time, Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
📅 Delivery Days & Hours:
- Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Delivery Days: Monday to Sunday.
❗Important Notes:
- Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Snugbox is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the item may be left in a safe place, rescheduled, or returned to our studio. In such cases, we will contact the sender to arrange redelivery.
6. Returns & Refunds

Key points:
- Returns accepted within 14 days for eligible products.
- Snug & Hug rose teddy bears are returnable if not damaged by the customer.
- Return shipping is free and provided by Snugbox for all approved return requests.
